Norman and his dedicated team have produced a stunning links course, which meanders through the impressive natural sand-based dunes landscape.
Norman’s now third masterpiece in Vietnam has been carefully crafted to provide a challenging yet rewarding golfing experience regardless of the players skill levels. Measuring 7,152 yards from the tournament tees, can be played at a manageable 5,348 yards depending on which of the five tees are chosen. For those who take an interest in golf course design, you will not be disappointed in the design intricacies, from the subtle green side run offs and catchment areas to the more distinctive bold bunker styles, a signature of Norman designed courses.

Providing a real contrast to the ruggedness of the links course, this 9 hole course takes its inspiration from the garden courses synonymous with the region.
Water hazards & streams weave through the verdant surrounds, forming integral features of the golf course combined with memorable landscaping, Norman has produced a stunning 9 holes which will evoke the senses as it inspires you and your playing partners.
Commanding yet graceful our magnificent clubhouse sits perched elegantly on high ground, providing a 360-degree vista of the KN Paradise Resort. Enjoy stunning views from it’s numerous vantage points out over the immaculate sand dunes formed by Mother Nature, the pristine sands of Long Beach and onto the vast waters of the South Sea and its accompanying elusive islands.
Designed inharmony with the elements and to blend seductively with the natural landscape it presides over, our extensive 8,000 sqm clubhouse utilizes open space planning to allow maximum flow of the elements. The featured high ceilings and five doomed skylights combine with the foyers panoramic gable ends, effortlessly allowing an abundance of natural light to cascade into the central lobby.
